I have been vegan for almost five years now. It has been an amazing journey and one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have a deep appreciation for the nourishment and healing properties of plants. Plants are unbelievably versatile and the layers of flavours created in some dishes never fails to astound me. I hope for the vegan food I share to be inspiring. Admittedly, my cooking style is bish bosh (use whatever is in the kitchen), reducing food waste (using leftovers), hearty dinners, yummy brunches and of course the obligatory treat.
