Vegan Banana Bread 

A very easy recipe that everyone will love 😋 make sure to use ripe bananas as this will make them easier to mash and give a better taste.



Recipe 👇🏾

2 large ripe bananas (mashed)3 tbsp coconut oil

2/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup almond milk

200g spelt flour

20g ground almond

2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 handful chopped medjool dates

1 handful of dark choc chunks

1. Preheat oven to 200c

2. Mix all wet ingredients together

3. Mix in dry ingredients – adding the dates and chocolate once dough has formed

4. Add to a lined or greased loaf tin

5. Bake for 25 minutes

Enjoy warm or later it goes all gooey 😋

We had ours later with iced coconut cream and fresh strawberries. The ground almonds we used was the leftover from the almond milk so no waste  🍌
